By registering for A Wild Solstice (“Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

EVENT DESCRIPTION
A Wild Solstice is a virtual community circle facilitated by Kelsey Gilchriest (“Provider”) and may include guided meditation, intuitive insight, oracle messages, journaling prompts, energy-based practices, and group discussion. This Event is intended for educational, spiritual, and personal growth purposes only.

NOT MEDICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH CARE
Provider is not a licensed physician, therapist, psychologist, or medical professional. Participation in this Event is not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or therapy. You are fully responsible for your own mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing and should consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any concerns related to your health.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Participation in this Event is voluntary. You acknowledge that emotional responses, personal reflection, and energetic experiences may arise during the Event. You are responsible for honoring your own limits, boundaries, and comfort levels throughout the experience.

PAYMENT + REFUND POLICY
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend live, your ticket may not be transferred without written permission from Provider.

EVENT ACCESS + RECORDINGS
This Event will take place virtually via Zoom. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have internet access and the necessary technology to attend. A replay will be made available to registered attendees for a limited time.

COMMUNITY + CONFIDENTIALITY
A Wild Solstice is intended to be a supportive and respectful community space. Participants agree to treat one another with kindness and confidentiality. Personal stories or sensitive information shared by attendees during the Event should not be shared outside the circle without explicit consent.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, meditations, recordings, written content, and teachings shared during the Event remain the intellectual property of Provider and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating in this Event, you release Provider from liability related to any decisions, actions, emotional responses, or outcomes connected to your participation. Provider makes no guarantees regarding specific results or experiences.

By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
